The New Frontier in Agile Project Management!

Body:

Thanks to everyone who attended the Microsoft Webinar last week! We had a lot of great questions and lots of great feedback too! As promised, I've uploaded the mpp file we created during the webinar here. I've also uploaded the presentation slides here. To check out the formula's I created got to Custom Fields and check the formulas for Number1, Number2, and Text 1.

Remember that we needed to SUM the summary rows to get the Velocity and Planned Veloicty totals for each Sprint!

Also remember that the Story Points field is actually the Duration field which we aliased to make more 'Agile Friendly" and drive the 'sprint period violation' coloring in the Gantt. Try moving a dependent task into Sprint 1 or 2 to see what I mean!
