PM Providers has delivered a global implementation of the WorkEngine solution, the SharePoint based EPM system that provides a flexible and robust multi-tiered configuration which has allowed Vectron to gain valuable insight across the business and enabled project teams to work more effectively. Deployed to support Vectron's growing product engineering development portfolio, the on-premise solution includes Microsoft Project plan integration, resource capacity analysis, timesheet collection and reporting, executive dashboard reporting, support activity resourcing, and Program level support. Design, training, and rollout spanned 4 engineering and manufacturing sites in the U.S and Germany with more than 150 users now utilizing the system.
